Unique Blackjack Terms in Quests

Soft Hand

A hand containing an Ace that can be counted as either 1 or 11 without going over 21.
Example: Ace + 6 is a soft 17.

Stiff Handa

A hand valued between 12 and 16.
Example: 9 + 5 is a stiff 14.

Five-Card Charlie

A hand with 5 cards totalling less than 21. Often valued higher than an equal total with fewer cards in a draw.
Example: 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 5 totals 19 — this is a Five-Card Charlie.
